How To Eat Less: Become Aware Of What You Eat. Keep A Food Diary!

Research suggests that making a note of how much you eat can help you lose weight. During the study, participants who kept daily food records lost twice as much weight as those who kept none. There is no need for a fancy diary. Writing down what you eat on a Post-It note or sending yourself an email has the same effect. Becoming aware of what you are eating on a daily basis will help you break old habits, realise your mistakes and consume less.
