Oven Salmon Recipe with mashed potatoes and vegetables

Today our guest is making salmon in the oven with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

The omega-3 fatty acids in salmon help keep your heart healthy by protecting the health of your blood vessels.

Unfortunately you should not consume salmon more than once every 2 weeks. Farm-raised salmon might contain unhealthy levels of contaminants like PCBs, dioxins, and other chemicals. Salmon is a fat fish and tends to bioaccumulate toxins more than other fishes.
