Raw Vegan Salad: very easy and fast to prepare.
For one person.
What you need:
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 or 2 radishes
- A few leaves of rocket salad (Arugula) or other type
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/2 Red or Yellow pepper (optional)
- A pinch of dried oregano
- 2 table spoons of virgin olive oil
- Salt and ground pepper
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
Cut and mix! Bon Appetit!
A salad enjoyed in most of the Mediterranean countries. You cannot get wrong if you eat it, even if your version does not look like it is on the photo.
Eating raw veg does not destroy essential nutrients such as vitamin C. Vegetables contain low amounts of fats and calories, and are therefore great for weight loss, good for your heart and lower cancer risk.
